Boiling Mud at Hverir 2

from 700.00

Standing on a place called Hverir in Iceland it is almost difficult to believe you are still on planet Earth. A smell of sulphur covers the area as white steam rise from boiling mud. The ground is yellow and white from crystalized sulphur and dirt, the small ponds around the flats bubbling as sulphur boils below the surface. This shot is a different angle from the first that also include the boiling center of the pond, really showing off the heat of the water.

The print can be ordered in 45 x 25cm, 60 x 33,5cm, 90 x 50cm, and 150 x 83,5cm; and is limited to 30 prints regardless of print size.
